If you have an issue with the Gatsby Nightlife app, a question about your account, or feedback about a venue or promotion, you can reach our team at:

We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days.

  • Problems signing in or verifying your account.
  • Questions about rewards, offers, or campaign eligibility.
  • Reporting incorrect venue information or issues during a visit.
  • Bug reports, crashes, or performance issues with the app.
  • Privacy or data questions relating to your Gatsby account.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include where possible:

  • The email address associated with your Gatsby account.
  • The device you’re using (for example, iPhone model and iOS version).
  • The app version (found in your device settings or app store).
  • A short description of what happened, and any screenshots if helpful.
  • The date and approximate time the issue occurred.

Your safety and wellbeing on a night out matters to us. If you experience or witness behaviour at a venue that you believe is unsafe or inappropriate, please:

  • Contact local emergency services immediately if there is any danger or medical emergency.
  • Report the incident to venue staff where safe to do so.
  • Let us know what happened by emailing support@gatsbyapp.co so we can follow up with the venue where appropriate.

If you would like to delete your Gatsby account and associated personal data (subject to any information we must retain for legal reasons), you can:

  • Go to the Profile page in the Gatsby app and follow the prompts to request account deletion, or
  • Email our team using the details below.
